The Company

Eulerity is the AI-powered operating system for local paid, organic, listing and reputation marketing at multi-location brands. The platform plans, builds, and runs campaigns for every location in a brand’s network, using AI to do the work that previously required a full human team. Brands keep control of strategy and spend while Eulerity and its agents handle the execution, from ad creation and media buying to reputation management and reporting. Every location gets marketing tailored to its market while staying on brand, and corporate sees results across the entire system in one place. The result is agency-level output at a fraction of the cost, delivered consistently and at scale.

The Partnership

Eulerity was founded in 2017 by a team that saw firsthand how badly the digital marketing stack served multi-location businesses: franchisors and enterprise brands forced to stitch together separate tools for paid media, social, listings, reviews, and call tracking, with no single view of performance across hundreds or thousands of locations. The Company built an AI-driven platform that unifies those functions and automates campaign planning, buying, optimization, and reporting end to end — allowing corporate marketing teams to enforce brand consistency while giving local operators the agility to run hyper-localized campaigns. That product has earned adoption from a blue-chip customer base including Mastercard, Uber Eats, Luxottica, European Wax Center, Hand & Stone, and Sylvan Learning.

Topmark’s experience partnering with B2B software companies that sell into franchise and multi-unit end markets, combined with the firm’s track record supporting vertical SaaS businesses through periods of rapid scaling, enabled the team to build a trusted relationship with Eulerity’s founders.  Topmark led Eulerity’s Series A round. Eulerity continues to benefit from a highly recurring revenue model as multi-location brands consolidate fragmented point solutions and adopt AI-native marketing infrastructure.

The team at Topmark has spent more than 25 years actively investing in and supporting the ecosystems in the Southeast United States. Case Status and Topmark were initially introduced through a proprietary relationship cultivated as a result of Topmark’s longstanding market presence in the region.  In addition, Topmark’s previous investment experience in the legal technology industry and historical success partnering with B2B software companies enabled the firm to build a trusted relationship with the team at Case Status. Topmark ultimately partnered with Scottsdale, AZ-based Grayhawk to co-lead Case Status’ Series A round.
