Rochester, June 12, 2013 – eHealth Technologies, a leading provider of continuity of care solutions announced today the ground breaking of a new facility from which to operate its successful business of providing healthcare organizations with solutions that improve, expedite, and provide analytics on the entire patient referral process, streamline referring physician communication and collect and deliver any external medical record and image—simply and securely.

“We are thankful for our remarkable success and explosive growth serving half of the top 100 hospitals and leading Health Information Exchange (HIE) organizations,” said Michael Margiotta, founder and CEO of eHealth Technologies. “As such we have outgrown our current offices at The Park at Allens Creek and we are breaking ground on a state of the art office complex at Erie Station Business Park in West Henrietta. We designed the brand new 36,000 square foot offices with our employees’ productivity, comfort and health in mind. In addition to a highly efficient temperature controlled system, there will be a fully catered food service, a fitness center, and outdoor walking trails surrounding the grounds.”

As eHealth Technologies is responsible for collecting, indexing and delivering highly confidential patient medical records, as well as patient image exchange, security is a top priority and an integral part of the new design. Special features in the building will continue to assure access is strictly limited only to employees with designated security clearance.

eHealth Technologies has quadrupled its employee base since 2010, growing a workforce from 32 to nearly 120 employees. Revenues have increased more than 70% year over year, since 2011.

“We continue to see potential for growth and need a new home base to accommodate our success,” explains Ken Rosenfeld, President and CTO of eHealth Technologies. “We also continue to drive efficiencies in our operations, and our new facility will further allow us to have the right security, technology, and infrastructure to optimize our services.”

Margiotta continued, “As we welcome new customer service support staff and sales team members, we are proud to still have the loyalty and dedication of the ten original eHealth Technologies’ employees. Many will be on hand as we break ground on our new offices. They have been instrumental in our company’s development as a records retrieval and delivery service provider to a broader focus on medical image sharing and referral business reporting. It is our ultimate goal that no patient will ever have to wait for treatment due to medical record and image inaccessibility. We are focused on improving continuity of care to enhance patient and physician satisfaction through streamlined transitions of care and caregivers having the right patient information— when and where it is needed.”
