The Partnership
Case Status was born out of the Founder’s firsthand experience of serving hundreds of clients as an attorney, while lacking a scalable method to efficiently communicate with those clients. The Company developed a cutting-edge client-engagement platform that delivers improved customer satisfaction, increased referral volume, and reduced administrative costs. Led by a seasoned management team, Case Status has experienced strong product-market fit as the legal industry continues to rapidly adopt next-generation technologies and as clients increasingly desire improved communication and transparency with their attorney.
The team at Topmark has spent more than 25 years actively investing in and supporting the ecosystems in the Southeast United States. Case Status and Topmark were initially introduced through a proprietary relationship cultivated as a result of Topmark’s longstanding market presence in the region. In addition, Topmark’s previous investment experience in the legal technology industry and historical success partnering with B2B software companies enabled the firm to build a trusted relationship with the team at Case Status. Topmark ultimately partnered with Scottsdale, AZ-based Grayhawk to co-lead Case Status’ Series A round.
