The Partnership

CoachCare was introduced to us by an individual investor with whom we had developed a close relationship while serving together on the board of another portfolio company. Topmark was attracted to the company’s core technology platform, B2B market focus, strongly recurring revenue, and deeply experienced advisory board. Topmark collaborated closely with management to recruit board members and develop strategies focused on financing and growth.
