CoachCare’s patient health portal app powers health clinics across a number of specialties, including weight loss, bariatric surgery, pain management and chiropractic care. CoachCare helps clinics improve retention, referrals, and revenue by encouraging 24/7 patient-clinic engagement and simplifying daily complexities for both clinic and patient through a custom-branded mobile app, clinical dashboard, telehealth platform, and connected proprietary scales and trackers.
The Partnership
CoachCare was introduced to us by an individual investor with whom we had developed a close relationship while serving together on the board of another portfolio company. Topmark was attracted to the company’s core technology platform, B2B market focus, strongly recurring revenue, and deeply experienced advisory board. Topmark collaborated closely with management to recruit board members and develop strategies focused on financing and growth.
