The Partnership
GTR is led by a sales-driven CEO, who has deep industry expertise and is focused on accelerating the growth of the company. Topmark was introduced to GTR through a long-term relationship in the Charlotte area. We were impressed by GTR’s technology platform and track record of repeat business with blue-chip customers. We partnered with management to acquire GTR from the founder and establish headquarters and operations in Charlotte, NC. The Topmark team has worked closely with management to establish financial procedures and controls and develop key reporting procedures, metrics, and dashboards used to monitor and manage company performance.
Topmark invested in GTR through a legacy fund and exited its investment with the sale of the company to Personify in 2022.
