The Partnership
Topmark was attracted by In.Vision Research’s proprietary technology that was defensible and well positioned to capitalize on a large addressable market. Topmark played an active and collaborative role as an adviser to the management team. We collaborated with management on a wide range of issues, including capital markets, corporate governance, and identified a key co-investor.
Topmark invested in In.Vision Research through a legacy fund and exited its investment when Quark, Inc. acquired a controlling interest in 2008.
