The Partnership

Topmark was introduced to SpinCar’s founders when they were participating in a venture accelerator program based in Syracuse, NY. We were impressed by the founders’ focus and dynamic leadership style. The company had developed a unique offering for auto dealers that saved time and cost while increasing sales. SpinCar has a strong recurring revenue business model and broad acceptance among auto dealers. Topmark collaborated with management on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, finance, sales, marketing, and corporate strategy.

Topmark invested in SpinCar through a legacy fund and exited its investment when Wavecrest Growth Partners acquired a controlling interest in 2018.
