YPrime’s data services tools help sponsors bring together fragmented clinical research data into contextual information they can act on. The Partnership
YPrime is led by a management team with deep industry experience. Topmark was referred to the company by an investor with whom we have had a longstanding relationship. The Topmark team has successfully invested in two previous clinical trials software and solutions companies. At the time of investment, YPrime had a customer base comprised of the largest pharmaceutical and biotech companies in the world and had demonstrated a strong pattern of customer adoption and repeat business. Topmark contributed as a board member, collaborating with the board and management to drive initiatives to develop a strategy for managing sustained growth.
Topmark partially exited its investment in YPrime through a majority recapitalization completed by Flexpoint Ford in 2019.
