The Partnership
Zaloni is led by a management team with deep industry expertise. Topmark was attracted to Zaloni’s rapidly growing business, strong technology platform, and blue-chip customer base. Topmark was introduced to Zaloni by a brand name west coast growth equity firm with whom we have partnered and a reference from a portfolio CEO located in the Raleigh-Durham area. This coupled with Topmark’s history in the financial services and other related industries helped established a trust with the CEO and founder and confidence in Topmark’s ability to bring value as an investor. We continue to work closely with the management team on corporate strategy, referrals, and future financing strategies.
Topmark invested in Zaloni through a legacy fund and exited its investment with the sale of the company to Truist in 2022.
